Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Civil Court, Kings County (B. Balter, J.), entered May 25, 2001, in favor of plaintiff in the sum of $3,914.

Judgment unanimously affirmed without costs.

Civil Court properly determined that defendant is liable for the full contract rent for the period that she was in residence in the apartment prior to the execution of the housing assistance payment contract.
