Appeal by plaintiff on the grounds of inadequacy from a small claims judgment of the City Court of Yonkers, Westchester County (R. Curato, J.), entered September 25, 2002, awarding him the principal sum of $175.
Judgment unanimously affirmed without costs.
In this small claims action for damage to plaintiff's luggage and "failure to provide proper services" involving his frequent flyer miles, we find that substantial justice was done between the parties according to the rules and principles of substantive law (UCCA 1807).
