Appeal from a judgment of the Cayuga County Court (Peter E. Corning, J.), rendered January 24, 2002. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of conspiracy in the fourth degree, criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree (two counts) and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.
