Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Oswego County (David J. Roman, J.), entered January 26, 2004 in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 3. The order placed respondent in the custody of the Oswego County Commissioner of Social Services for a period of 12 months for placement with the George Junior Republic.
