Appeal from a judgment of the Erie County Court (Michael L. D'Amico, J.), rendered October 10, 2002. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of criminal contempt in the first degree (two counts), criminal trespass in the second degree (two counts), criminal contempt in the second degree (five counts) and tampering with a witness in the fourth degree.
