—[*1]Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Hamilton County (Feldstein, J.), rendered March 27, 2003, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of attempted sexual abuse in the first degree.
Defendant pleaded guilty to attempted sexual abuse in the first degree and waived his right to appeal. At sentencing, defendant's application to adjourn sentencing was denied and he was sentenced as a second felony offender in accordance with the negotiated plea agreement to a prison term of 1
