Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Oneida County (Samuel D. Hester, J.), entered June 16, 2004 in an action for divorce. The order and judgment, among other things, awarded plaintiff maintenance in the amount of $170 per week effective January 29, 2004.
