Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Monroe County (Francis A. Affronti, J.), rendered January 14, 2003. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of robbery in the third degree, grand larceny in the third degree, attempted robbery in the third degree and attempted grand larceny in the third degree.
