APPELLATE TERM: 9th and 10th JUDICIAL DISTRICTS

PRESENT: RUDOLPH, P.J., ANGIOLILLO and TANENBAUM, JJ.
2005-9 W CR

The People of the State of New York, Respondent,

against

Deborah Robinson, Appellant.

Appeal from judgments of the City Court of White Plains, Westchester County (JoAnn Friia, J., at plea; Eric P. Press, J., at sentencing), rendered on December 10, 2004. The judgments convicted defendant, upon her pleas of guilty, of two counts of petit larceny.

Judgments of conviction unanimously affirmed. [*2]

We have reviewed the record and agree with defendant's counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see Anders v California, 386 US 738 [1967]; People v Geraghty, 286 AD2d 777 [2001]).
