The People of the State of New York, Respondent,

against

Michael Miller, Appellant.

Appeal from a judgment of the City Court of New Rochelle, Westchester County (Preston S. Scher, J.), rendered December 23, 2002. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.

Judgment of conviction unanimously affirmed. [*2]

After reviewing the record, we find that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised as to defendant's conviction. Accordingly, defense counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see Anders v California, 386 US 738 [1976]; People v Paige, 54 AD2d 631 [1976]).
