—[*1]Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Chin-Brandt, J.), rendered October 21, 2004, convicting him of burglary in the third-degree and criminal trespass in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
