Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County (Michael L. Hanuszczak, J.), entered March 24, 2005 in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6. The order awarded the parties joint custody of the subject child with primary physical custody to petitioner and visitation to respondent.
