Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Herkimer County (Lawrence A. Sardelli, J.H.O.), entered April 7, 2004 in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6. The order, inter alia, modified the parties' judgment of divorce by granting petitioner physical custody of the parties' children.
