Appeal from a judgment of the Monroe County Court (Frank P. Geraci, Jr., J.), rendered May 5, 2003. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of sexual abuse in the first degree (two counts) and endangering the welfare of a child (three counts).
