Appeal from a judgment of the Ontario County Court (James R. Harvey, J.), rendered July 7, 2004. The judgment convicted defendant, upon her plea of guilty, of driving while intoxicated as a felony and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree.
