[*1]Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Chautauqua County (Frederick J. Marshall, J.), entered January 3, 2005. The judgment, entered after a nonjury trial, adjudged that defendant is enjoined and restrained from trespassing upon plaintiffs' property.
