—[*1]Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Niagara County (Gerald M. Trafalski, R.), entered December 20, 2004 in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6. The order, among other things, granted respondent sole custody of the children and permitted the children to relocate with respondent to Florida.
