—[*1]Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Weber, J.), rendered October 13, 2004, convicting him of criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
