Defendant appeals from a judgment of the Criminal Court, New York County (Joseph J. Dawson, J.), rendered June 8, 2004, upon a guilty plea, convicting her of criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, and imposing sentence.

Judgment of conviction (Joseph J. Dawson, J.), rendered June 8, 2004, affirmed.

Application by appellate counsel to withdraw as counsel is granted (see Anders v California, 386 US 738 [1967]; People v Saunders, 52 AD2d 833 [1976]). We have reviewed the record and agree with appellant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous points which could be raised on this appeal.
