Defendant appeals from a judgment of the Criminal Court, New York County (Deborah Kaplan, J.), rendered January 21, 2005, convicting him, upon a guilty plea, of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and imposing sentence.

Judgment of conviction (Deborah Kaplan J.), rendered January 21, 2005, affirmed.
Application by appellate counsel to withdraw as counsel is granted (see Anders v California, 386 US 738 [1967]; People v Saunders, 52 AD2d 833 [1976]). We have reviewed the record and agree with appellant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous points which could
be raised on this appeal.
