Landlord appeals from that portion of a final judgment of the Civil Court, New York County (Ulysses B. Leverett, J.), dated February 7, 2005, after a nonjury trial, which conditionally stayed enforcement of the final judgment in a chronic rent delinquency holdover proceeding.
