Plaintiff appeals from that portion of an order of the Small Claims Part of the Civil Court of the City of New York, New York County (Manuel J. Mendez, J.), dated May 25, 2006, which denied her motion to "amend" the judgment to increase the damages award.

Subsequent to the filing of this appeal, the underlying judgment was vacated and the complaint dismissed. Thus, any issue as to the inadequacy of the judgment is academic.
