Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County (Kevin Kerrigan, J.), entered December 28, 2005. The order, insofar as appealed from, denied defendant's motion for summary judgment.


Order, insofar as appealed from, reversed without costs and defendant's motion for summary judgment granted.
For the reasons stated in Multiquest, P.L.L.C. v Allstate Ins. Co. (___ Misc 3d
___, 2007 NY Slip Op _____ [No. 2006-110 Q C], decided herewith), defendant's motion for summary judgment is granted.
