Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County (Charles J. Markey, J.), entered December 23, 2005. The order denied defendant's motion for summary judgment.


Order reversed without costs and defendant's motion for summary judgment granted.

For the reasons stated in Multiquest, P.L.L.C. v Allstate Ins. Co. (___ Misc 3d ___, 2007 NY Slip Op _____ [No. 2006-110 Q C], decided herewith), defendant's motion for summary judgment is granted.
