Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Niagara County (Richard C. Kloch, Sr., A.J.), entered October 9, 2006 in a personal injury action. The order granted the motion of defendant-third-party plaintiff for summary judgment on its claim for contractual indemnification against third-party defendant Rochester Rigging & Erectors, Inc.
