Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County (Edward D. Carni, J.), entered June 2, 2006 in a personal injury action. The judgment, upon a jury verdict, awarded plaintiff David Griffith the sum of $277,012.89 against defendants.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs.
