Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Herkimer County (Henry A. LaRaia, J.), entered May 21, 2007 in a proceeding pursuant to Social Services Law § 384-b. The order, among other things, adjudged that respondent had abandoned his child and transferred the guardianship and custody rights of respondent to petitioner.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs. Present—Scudder, P.J., Hurlbutt, Smith, Centra and Pine, JJ.
