| In the Matter of Dan T., Jr., Appellant, v Patricia T., Respondent. |
—[*1]
In a paternity proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 5, the petitioner appeals from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County (Simeone, J.), dated November 13, 2007, which denied his objections to an order of the same court (Fields, S.M.), dated October 22, 2007, dismissing the petition.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
The Family Court properly denied the petitioner's objections to the Support Magistrate's order which dismissed his petition seeking to establish his paternity of the subject child. The petitioner was previously adjudicated the father of the subject child by an order of filiation of the Family Court, Suffolk County, entered January 13, 1993, made upon his earlier petition seeking that relief. Accordingly, the petitioner has already received the relief he requested.
The petitioner's remaining contentions are without merit. Mastro, J.P., Miller, Balkin and McCarthy, JJ., concur.
