Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Monroe County (Donald J. Mark, J.), rendered November 9, 2000. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of criminal contempt in the first degree, tampering with a witness in the fourth degree and criminal contempt in the second degree.
