Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Steuben County (Marianne Furfure, J.), entered March 25, 2008 in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 10. The order, insofar as appealed from, terminated the custody of the child with petitioner and placed the child in the custody of Brenda V.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs for the reasons stated in the decisions at Family Court. Present—Scudder, P.J., Centra, Fahey, Pine and Gorski, JJ.
