Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Fourth Judicial Department by order of the Supreme Court, Erie County [Patrick H. NeMoyer, J.], entered May 20, 2008) to review a determination of respondent. The determination, after a hearing, found that petitioners had violated the Vehicle and Traffic Law and revoked the inspection station license of petitioner Harper's Auto Service, Inc. and the certified inspector's license of petitioner Louis Suttles.

It is hereby ordered that the determination is unanimously confirmed without costs and the petition is dismissed. Present—Scudder, P.J., Martoche, Smith and Gorski, JJ.
