Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Erie County (Margaret O. Szczur, J.), entered October 23, 2007 in a proceeding pursuant to Social Services Law § 384-b. The order, among other things, committed the guardianship and custody of respondent's child to petitioner and freed the child for adoption.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs. Present—Scudder, P.J., Hurlbutt, Fahey, Peradotto and Pine, JJ.
