Defendant appeals from a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, New
York County (Larry R.C. Stephen, J.), rendered May 15, 2006, convicting him, upon a plea of
guilty, of sexual abuse in the second degree, and imposing sentence.

Judgment of conviction (Larry R.C. Stephen, J.), rendered May 15, 2006, affirmed.
Application by appellate counsel to withdraw as counsel is granted (see Anders v
California, 386 US 738 [1967]; People v Saunders, 52 AD2d 833 [1976]). We have
reviewed the record and agree with appellant's assigned counsel that there are no
nonfrivolous points which could be raised on this appeal.
