SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK

APPELLATE TERM: 9th and 10th JUDICIAL DISTRICTS

PRESENT: : RUDOLPH, P.J., TANENBAUM and SCHEINKMAN, JJ
2007-603 W CR.

The People of the State of New York, Respondent,

against

Janet Perez, Appellant.

Appeal from judgments of the City Court of Yonkers, Westchester County (Michael A. Martinelli, J.), rendered March 8, 2007. The judgments convicted defendant, upon her guilty pleas, of two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and bail jumping in the third degree.

Judgments of conviction affirmed.

We have reviewed the record and agree with defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's
application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see Anders v California, 386 US 738 [1967]; People v Paige, 54 AD2d 631 [1976]).

Rudolph, P.J., Tanenbaum and Scheinkman, JJ., concur.
