Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County (Diane A. Lebedeff, J.), entered July 20, 2007. The order, insofar as appealed from, denied defendant's cross motion for summary judgment.


Order, insofar as appealed from, affirmed without costs.
