Plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, New York County (Ernest J. Cavallo, J.), entered November 16, 2007, after a nonjury trial, in favor of defendants dismissing the complaint and awarding defendant Olonoff, Asen & Serebro, LLP a recovery of $30 on its counterclaim.


Per Curiam.
