Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Renee A. White, J.), rendered January 30, 2007, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of rape in the first degree, and sentencing him to a term of 10 to 20 years, unanimously affirmed.

We perceive no basis for reducing the sentence. The surcharges and fees were properly imposed (see People v Guerrero, 12 NY3d 45 [2009]). Concur—Andrias, J.P., Sweeny, Nardelli, Richter and Abdus-Salaam, JJ.
