Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County (Anthony J. Paris, J.), entered May 20, 2008 in a personal injury action. The order, insofar as appealed from, granted a stay of the collateral source proceedings pending resolution of the appeals taken from the order in appeal No. 1.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs.
