Tenant appeals from (1) a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, New
York County (Peter M. Wendt, J.), entered February 28, 2008, and (2) an order (same court and
Judge), entered February 28, 2008, after a nonjury trial, awarding possession to landlords in a
holdover summary proceeding.
Per Curiam.
Final judgment and order (Peter M. Wendt, J.), each entered February 28, 2008, affirmed, with one bill of $25 costs, for the reasons stated by Peter M. Wendt, J. at Civil Court.
