Plaintiff appeals from (1) an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, New York County (Cynthia S. Kern, J.), entered January 4, 2008, which granted the motion of defendants Citibank N.A. and Citicorp Mortgage Inc. for summary judgment dismissing the complaint as against them, and (2) an order (same court and Judge), entered April 18, 2008, which denied plaintiff's motion for reargument.
