Respondent-appellant appeals from those portions of an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, New York County (Thomas M. Fitzpatrick, J.), dated June 1, 2009, which (1) denied her motion to vacate a prior order striking her answer and for the appointment of a guardian ad litem, and (2) granted petitioner-respondent's motion for summary judgment in this licensee holdover proceeding.
