In consolidated appeals, defendant appeals from 1) a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, New York County (James D. Gibbons, J.), rendered June 11, 2008, convicting him, after a nonjury trial, of unlicensed general vending, and imposing sentence, and 2) a judgment of the same court and Judge, rendered June 11, 2008, convicting him, upon his plea of guilty, of disorderly conduct, and imposing sentence.


Per Curiam.

Judgments of conviction (James Gibbons, J.), each rendered June 11, 2008, affirmed. (See People v Zoungrana, 13 Misc 3d 130[A], 2006 NY Slip Op 51795[U][2006], lv denied 7 NY3d 871 [2006].) No opinion.
