Petitioner Edward Lonchiek appeals from an order of the


Civil Court of the City of New York, New York County (David J. Kaplan, J.), entered March 25, 2010, which granted respondent 501½ East 83 Street LLC's motion to dismiss the petition in an RPAPL article 7-A proceeding.
