Pamela Goodman Garafalo, Respondent-Tenant-Respondent, -and- Joseph Garafalo and "John Doe," Respondents-Undertenants-Respondents.


Petitioner appeals from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, New York County (Gerald Lebovits, J.), dated February 8, 2010, which granted respondents' motion to restore this holdover summary proceeding to the calendar and compel petitioner to comply with the stipulation of settlement, and denied petitioner's cross motion to vacate the stipulation of settlement.


Per Curiam.
