order entered November 17, 2006 (34 AD3d 1181 [2006], lv denied 8 NY3d 926 [2007])
is amended by adding the phrase "plus a period of postrelease supervision of five years" after the
phrase "determinate term of imprisonment of seven years" in both the ordering paragraph and
