reargument, the memorandum and order entered June 10, 2011 (85 AD3d 1556 [2011]) is
amended by deleting the third sentence of the memorandum and substituting the following
sentence: "The record supports the findings of the suppression court that defendant's statement
was not tainted by her statement made before she was given her Miranda warnings."
