Appeal from order of disposition, Family Court, Bronx County (Allen G. Alpert, J.), entered on or about April 22, 2009, which, upon a fact-finding determination that respondent father neglected his children, placed the children in the custody of the Commissioner of Social Services until the completion of the next scheduled permanency hearing, and from permanency orders, same court (Jennifer S. Burtt, Ref.), entered on or about November 2, 2009, April 13, 2010, and October 14, 2010, extending the children's placement, unanimously dismissed, without costs, as moot. [*2]
Respondent's appeal is rendered moot by the subsequent entry of an order terminating his parental rights to the subject children (see Matter of Erica D. [Maria D.], 77 AD3d 505 [2010]). Concur—Mazzarelli, J.P., Catterson, Moskowitz, Renwick and Abdus-Salaam, JJ.
