Defendant appeals from a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, New York County (Anthony J. Ferrara, J.), rendered October 12, 2010, convicting him, upon a plea of guilty, of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and imposing sentence.


Per Curiam.

Judgment of conviction (Anthony J. Ferrara, J.), rendered October 12, 2010, affirmed.

Application by appellant's counsel to withdraw as counsel is granted (see Anders v California, 386 US 738 [1967]; People v Saunders, 52 AD2d 833, 834 [1976]). We have reviewed the record and agree with appellant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous points which could be raised on this appeal.
