Landlord appeals from (1) so much of an order of the Civil Court of the City of New
York, New York County (Brenda S. Spears, J.), dated December 17, 2010, as granted
tenant's cross motion to dismiss the petition in a holdover summary proceeding, and (2)
an order (same court and Judge), entered May 18, 2011, which granted tenant's cross
motion for attorney's fees and directed a hearing to determine the reasonable value of
such fees.
Per Curiam.
Order (Brenda S. Spears, J.), entered May 18, 2011, reversed, with $10 costs.
