Defendant appeals from a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, New York County (Michael R. Sonberg J.), rendered March 23, 2010, convicting him, upon a plea of guilty, of petit larceny, and imposing sentence.

Judgment of conviction (Michael R. Sonberg, J.), rendered March 23, 2010, affirmed.

Application by appellant's counsel to withdraw as counsel is granted (see Anders v California, 386 US 738 [1967]; People v Saunders, 52 AD2d 833, 834 [1976]). We have reviewed the record and agree with appellant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous points that could be raised on this appeal.
